éʝtsinus has been derived from the prefix eʝ(e)- (< Medieval Greek éðe ‘there’) and the pronoun ecínos (with tsitacism) (Kretschmer 1905˙ Giannoulellis 1989˙ Papanis & Papanis 2004).
E.g. éʝtsinus íni aftós pu s-íliɣa.
eʝe-ecínos íne aftós pu su éleɣa.
‘That one there is the man I told you for’.
