Frequently used derivational suffix -ia originating from the Ancient Greek -ea (Andriotis 1992˙ Efthymiou 1998). It is more productive in Lesbian compared to Standard Modern Greek.
E.g. i ɣriʝá éç pʝa miɣáʎ anifaʝá.
i ɣriá éçi pʝa meɣáli anifaʝá.
‘The old woman doesn't want to eat’.
